Morning All 🌅. This was an enjoyable exercise, comparing differences in job flow/recruitment (occupation categories) between May 23 & Dec 23 here, at Joblin Partners. An interesting comparison to say the least.. A strong shift/demand across Tech Services (and Engineering), Maintenance and Management positions overall. This does include positions at Senior, Lead, Principal and Superintendent level 👷♂️ 👷♀️. I'm seeing commodity prices fluctuate and inflation is still not under control 📉. There seems to be a key focus on refinement, planning, forecasting, data analytics, automation and continuous improvement to bring the ongoing costs of operations and projects down, to improve/better margin, profit and overall efficiencies. What is your take/opinion (if any)? I'm curious 🤔
