2moAre there other costs not included above? Back-up power, Internet to your location? Are you hosting it yourself or in a data center, redundant locations, etc? I assume there are, but not $12 million worth of costs. Even if the numbers are off by 200%, there is still a lot of savings. I know first hand that the price I pay for Azure is about 3x more I paid at my last company, as we are smaller and pay retail pricing.
