I've been offline for a lot of June. Just got home after traveling to 3 countries, across a 30-degree (Fahrenheit) temperature change, and 3 time zones. All with only carry-on luggage. Including work clothes. Oh and a 9-year-old child who was willing to do the same. I’d like to thank the academy and all the other nominees because this truly feels like a big win. Credit to Autodesk for teaching me work travel, and Geographic Expeditions (GeoEx) for extensive training on travel planning through the best ways to pack. Thank you to Outshine for the amazing Halifax leg of the trip! Does anyone else consider travel done well, while working at least part of the time, to be a career achievement?
Would love to know how you juggled work and kids! Were they in camps or self sufficient?!

Was great seeing you! Glad to hear you had a great rest of your trip ✈️

3wMy wife, son and I did a full month of travel in Europe last summer with one medium back pack each. Total achievement in my mind. Absolutely did not want to be dragging rolling bags over cobblestone all month. Years of autodesk roadshows to thank for that training.
