Since the end of June, I've been open to taking on a new assignment. Throughout this search, clarity has emerged through various conversations, video calls, and phone discussions. #Collaborative work within #hr holds immense significance, extending beyond just #recruitment to encompass all facets of HR and the #employee lifecycle. While progress has been made, there is still room for growth. My most recent assignment has reaffirmed, more than ever, the value of a #collaborative and #personal approach.
