Matt Ocko’s Post

There are many competent, mass-scale, and cost-effective solutions for each stage of the threat, both in the homeland and on the battlefield, including Fortem Technologies and Epirus for defense, Anduril Industries and Shield AI for offense and defense, and what Mach Industries is cooking up — to name only a few. But the DoD in general throws pennies at these while spending the bulk of its budget on floating graveyards (carriers), DoA exercises for PRC supply chain poisoning (F35s), and $90,000 bags of bolts. Until Congress and a President work together to start cashiering senior staff who do not make changes to adopt and accelerate innovation over suicidally useless prime systems, our warfighters and nation remain at risk.
