Last Friday we had a chance to celebrate two wonderful things; our 4th birthday as a company, and the successful expansion of our headquarter office in Helsinki. 💚💜🧡🤍 Today, as we look back on our journey, we've seen Forward Forever evolve from a visionary startup to a beacon of innovation in the low-code revolution. In 2020, amidst the global challenge of the pandemic, Forward Forever was born from the vision to strengthen organizations with Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Despite the challenges, the demand for low-code solutions grew and so did our commitment to our vision. The years have brought many major changes in our ways of working, reflecting our maturing operations. Our community has grown, and so has our impact. Oh, and so has our team, hence the need for a little more space at the office! Last year was a testament to our resilience and innovation. We not only exceeded our revenue targets, but also achieved an outstanding Net Promoter Score of 92, indicating the trust and satisfaction of our customers and the dedication of our team. 💚💜🧡🤍 Today, as we look forward, we have once again set ambitious goals for the new year. We are aiming for €3 million in revenue, which signifies a 40% growth from 2023, with a particular focus on the expansion of our continuous services sector, where we foresee especially strong growth. To support this upward trajectory, we plan to continue growing our team. Alongside this, we are crafting a sustainable model to enhance engagement opportunities and rewards for both new and current team members. While the past four years have brought many changes, the delight of coming together endures. We eagerly await our next reunion, set to take place in the beautiful city of Girona, Spain, in May 2024! 💚💜🧡🤍 Thanks to all of you who believe in us, our Team, Customers & Partners. It‘s time to celebrate! 🏆 We are joining forces with our digital workforce! We often tend to be overwhelmed by our work challenges… new regulatory topics, process challenges, digital hurdles … way too many topics at the same time. No matter where you look, a million tasks waiting for you. You finish one while you get two new ones. Frustrating sometimes. Thus, it is even more important to enjoy success! Hold your breath for a moment and reflect on what has been achieved! Today was such a moment! In our team, we jointly defined our key milestones, our „lighthouse projects“, with each team member having his/her own. Quite big projects actually that drive our Procurement transformation. Last week, we accomplished the first one. Our first Procurement robot went live: Mr Excelsius has joined the team to support us in analysis and communication tasks! We are super proud! The concept of educating a purchaser to become a robot programmer was a test run, a new step in the continuous digitalization of Ergo Procurement. An adventure we totally believed in from day 1. The go-live has proven us right! All congratulations go out to Simone Kolbe ! Phantastic achievement! It shows again, that it is more than worth to believe in your own development and capabilities. Things that seemed to be impossible just a few months before have now become reality. ❤️ And the next completed lighthouse projects are just around the corner 🏆

With the composition of this new board, we can see that IAMCP Denmark is ready to take the step and the level of ambition in an upward direction. As I recall, we have never seen a composition of this number, type and size of companies. When these individuals and companies choose to join this board as volunteer resources and invest their precious time here, it also shows their confidence in IAMCP as an important international business network and important partnership with Microsoft - both internationally and locally in Denmark. Firstly, the Connect and MexTUG teams did a great job planning, organizing, and running the event. Furthermore, the venue was stunning; the conference was held in the Versailles ballroom on the 40th floor of the Sofitel hotel in Mexico City’s La Reforma district, the historic heart of the city. Of course, the participants are the most important part of any event, and there was a large turnout of Mexican NonStop customers, the HPE Mexico team, and NonStop partners.
