Hey - all you #playercoach leaders Balancing the need to be an SDR vs. need to manage can be tough, I've been doing it for a few years now I think the most important thing I've learned when it comes to juggling both roles, is time management For me that means, my mornings are dedicated to my SDR-self, and my afternoons are all management. That's been working pretty well for me for a while now, however lately with more projects on the management side it's been more like, one week is super SDR focused and the next week is super management focused How do you player-coaches balance both roles? PS: I find the more I dedicate to prospecting, the better coach I am for my team - don't let that slide!!

I am seeing a ton of noise about A.I. replacing SDR or BDR orgs lately … but wait it got me even more fired up when I noted several posts in the last two weeks saying that the role of a leader of SDR orgs is obsolete… 🤯 So I want to do two things here. Firstly, disrupt the noise on this utter nonsense.
