Our client is a boutique Wealth Management firm, and they are looking to bring onboard a Wealth Management Operations and Compliance Associate. This position is in-office 1x week in their Needham office. This role mainly involves providing back-end support for the portfolio manager and the COO by performing tasks such as management of the firm's portfolio system, CRM, and client portal, as well as generating reports and maintaining data. The professional will also oversee the firm's document sharing system, assure data integrity, and help with compliance matters. Additionally, they will support financial advisors with tasks including client onboarding, tracking workflows, and managing schedules. They'll also process client cash requests, handle client queries, and maintain the firm's tech stack. They will have opportunities to lead projects aimed at enhancing client services and operational efficiency. The candidate should be well-versed with Excel and various tech platforms, and should be able to handle ad hoc projects to enhance firm operations.
