Thank you to the women who were part of the Women Cultivating Success Conversations with Women in the Cannabis Industry. The purpose of the Conversations is to bring women together from across the country to acknowledge the issues and obstacles and discuss solutions and actions. Each Conversation has been different in the solutions and actions suggested and attendees. January’s Conversation has inspired WCCC to curate panels, speakers and moderators from our membership. Participants will curate topics that will showcase their expertise. WCCC will present the panels to cannabis conferences and expos for consideration. The keynote, panelist, and moderator for the Northeastern Cannabis Industry Networking Dinner were selected for their expertise, longevity, and success in the cannabis space. I’m proud to say that seven are WCCC members. February’s Conversation, for lack of a better word, was Awesome. My sincere thank you for your voices - for your professionalism and inspiration. Each action appears to be a small step forward, but magnified by each woman in the cannabis space it becomes a tsunami. “Just as ripples spread out when a single pebble is dropped into the water, the actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects” Dalai Lama And, yes, Susa E, there are Rags to Riches stories in the Cannabis Space. https://lnkd.in/gg6BN7q #womenscannabischamberofcommerce #womencultivatingsuccess #womenhelpingwomen #womensupportingwomen #womennetworking #cannabisindustry #cannabiscommumity #womenentrepreneurs #WCCC #womencultivatingsuccessconversations #womeninthecannabisindustry #womenincannabiscareers #womenownedcannabiscompanies

In celebrating Women’s History Month, NorthBay Health invited a number of our strong female colleagues to share thoughts on a variety of topics. Today meet Mohua Mukherjee, Assistant Vice President of Revenue Cycle Services, who answers the question: Name three important qualities that women should have to be successful. Are they the same for men? Empathy is a critical quality that allows us to be able connect with our patients, team, peers and everyone we interact with. By understanding how our actions can and will impact others; allows us to problem solve and have meaningful collaboration towards our goal. Second quality is having an open mind towards diverse perspective. By opening ourselves up and being receptive to ideas from others can be truly help us grow our perspective. And finally, it is passion that will drive us to empathize, keeping an open mind, working hard towards our goal. We all can benefit greatly from the above. #NorthBayHealth #WomensHistoryMonth
