I like this graphic/post for my construction peeps. When I talk about leveraging supply chain concepts and frameworks to improve construction operations, I’m not talking about “Henry Fording” buildings — I’m referring to ideas 💡 like this. This is a great overview for production planning for modular and offsite construction companies, and even building material companies because they’re manufacturers (duh).
