This week we held a Graco Lubrication Equipment product and application training in Anoka, Minnesota, USA for new employees. I am very grateful that our leadership team sees the benefit of training all of our employees on how our equipment works. The Duvel Moortgat Brewery in Puurs, Belgium, can fill from 150,000 to 180,000 bottles of beer per hour. Replacing one bearing on the bottling line took between 1 and 3 hours – and with the line running up to 180,000 bottles per hour, stopping for just one hour was leading to significant downtime and lost productivity. The brewery immediately turned to Graco and equipped its bottle line with a 1,725-point automatic lubrication system. Since then, the system has realized significant financial savings and increased productivity for the brewery. #GracoQuality #GracoStories
