What makes PM jobs so unique, challenging, and fun? Navigating these ‘dangerous animals’ situations day in, day out 😂 What makes the situation more spicy is that there are often many cooks in the room, each with different opinions, perspectives, and preferences on what dishes we should be cooking. Should we do what our sales team asks us to do? We tried this but it didn't work last time. Should we try something different this time? But is the circumstance different now that the old idea may work? Exec A wants us to go direction A, but Exec B believes direction B is the right way to go. Who’s right?! Competitor A does A, and Competitor B does B. Where should we play to win that is unique to us? Product management can be stressful, but it’s also a lot of fun! Come join us! 🤗 Fellow PM creator and friend Diego Granados also created a terrific course on this: https://lnkd.in/g4t-BdsK *** 💬 For fellow PMs, how do you navigate these situations? Share them to inspire the LinkedIn community! #ProductManagement #Careers
