I was thinking about some of the people in my life, music, and business, and there seems to be a slippery slope when people are insecure about themselves or what they do. When people lack confidence, they search for confidence elsewhere through the approval of others (aka "Yes Men"). The result of that is oftentimes an 'all hat, no cattle' situation, empty attention, lack of substance, or even worse, no sustainability.
