🌟 Gratitude Post: Reflecting on my internship at Zuellig Pharma 🌟 As I conclude my internship at Zuellig Pharma, I can't help but feel a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for this incredible journey. This experience has been nothing short of transformative, both personally and professionally. 🔹 Key Learnings: 1. Exposure and Understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain Management: I gained insights into the intricacies of supply chain processes from a warehousing and distribution perspective, witnessing how theoretical concepts come to life in a dynamic business environment. 2. Client Management: I had the opportunity to manage client relationships, experiencing the process of understanding their needs and striving to meet their expectations. This experience taught me the importance of empathy and effective communication in building strong client partnerships. 3. Project Management: Facilitating the implementation of a time attendance module with minimal guidance was a significant highlight of my internship. My Summer Internship Experience at Lexidyne LLC: Delving into Machine Learning and System Dynamics I am thrilled to share my incredible journey as a Programming Analyst Intern at Lexidyne this summer! Over the Summer, I had the privilege of working on diverse and impactful projects that have enriched my professional growth and deepened my passion for data-driven solutions. One of the highlights of my internship was the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge machine-learning model for lung cancer prediction. This experience allowed me to dive deep into the world of healthcare analytics, learning immensely from the challenges and intricacies involved in predicting and understanding cancer trends. Moreover, I worked on developing a SQL database server with the aim of easier access to data for future analysis and simulation. The second half of my internship was an ambitious project focusing on general population forecasting using the principles of system dynamics, which can fit specific types of cancer data to forecast various scenarios. It was truly eye-opening to see how we could model and predict the trends of different types of cancer over the coming decades. The potential impact of such work on cancer research and healthcare planning is immeasurable, and I am honored to be a part of it. I am immensely grateful for being able to work with my peer interns and evolve together. Their collaboration and support played a pivotal role in shaping my professional journey during this internship. In addition, I would like to extend my special thanks to Kirk Solo and Robert Malone for their constant supervision and for sharing their industry experiences by creating a nourishing work environment that encouraged continuous learning and growth. I want to extend my sincere gratitude towards Mr.Hassaan Bukhary for the outstanding webinar on Market research analysis. He shared his deep insights in marketing and market research in a very simplified manner through sharing examples of real life. The facts and figures he shared were invaluable. He also explained the steps in doing market research. He told the importance of a systemic approach to see calculated results. Each and every step was defined evidently. The steps were: 1.How to define a problem 2.Collect the data 3.Analyze and interpret the data 4.Reach the conclusion 5.Implement the research The words of Mr Hasaan bukhary were motivational and encouraged all the participants to dig deeper and gain more knowledge about the topic.
