An ECG is arguably the ultimate indicator of life and of death, but what if it's also a key indicator of various stages of disease? Way beyond what we have thought or known about for the past century. Thanks to the power of AI/ML we are starting to see the first signs of this. “Hot and cold tumors”, very interesting concept and seems to generate meaningful clinical outcomes. As for cold tumor, it suggests to use combo approaches such as using cancer vaccine plus existing immunotherapies (eg, checkpoint inhibitors). The recent clinical data pointed to this direction as well (eg, Moderna cancer vaccine plus Merck checkpointer PD-1 mAb). As for hot tumor, “icy hot tumor” first then proceed the approach as for cold tumor!
