An amazing Law Professor once gave our 1L class a great piece of advice that I was able to impart to a young student at a recent Mock Trial class: "When you're good at something, the money will follow...and the best way to become good at what you do, is to start with Passion!" (Prof. Mable Martin-Scott, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, circa 2003). Wise words from a very wise Teacher.

We need a meta analysis of the U.S. Constitution including definitive deliberations over codifying and proposing amendments that affirms tribal sovereignty including the federal trust responsibilities for consultation, government to government, funding and tribal government rights of self determination over inherent and treaty rights that affirm the Supremacy Clause
What law school can host admitted students events in their own classrooms in 3 different time zones? Today in DC. This Friday in Phoenix. Earlier this month? LA. One great law school, so many possible experiences. Pretty cool, Arizona State University. Thanks Rebecca Ross for the mock class!

We are excited to share that #litigation attorney Dan Small's book "Lessons Learned from a Life on Trial" got a great review from former #Massachusetts Appeals Court judge Marc Kantrowitz. Now teaching trial practice at Northeastern University School of Law, Judge Kantrowitz cites Dan's focus on the basics of successful #trial and his ability to offer "something for everyone" as reasons the text will now be required reading for his #lawstudents. In short, he says, "buy it — it’s excellent." Check out this Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly article to read more of his thoughts! https://bit.ly/4cRD6V5
