Steal my Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Irresistible Cold Emails 👇 When crafted strategically, cold emails can open doors to opportunities you never imagined. However, it's not just about spamming generic emails but crafting irresistible cold emails that demand attention and deliver desired results. But how? Here is your step-by-step guide to creating an irresistible cold email: 📌 Define your goal Before you even start writing your email, understand its purpose well. Why are you sending this email? Are you trying to land a partnership? Secure a job interview? Promote your product? Having a clear goal before writing an email will help you better tailor your emails. 📌 Research your recipient In-depth research about your recipient is one of the most important steps to creating an irresistible cold email. Understand their interests, pain points, and how your offer can provide value to them. This will make your email stand out. 📌 Write a captivating subject line Generic or spammy subject lines will lead your email straight to the delete folder, so avoid doing this. Instead, keep it short, interesting, and relevant to your recipient's interests, pain points, or solution. 📌 Attention-grabbing opening Start your email strong by addressing your recipient by their name, mentioning a common connection or mutual interest, and showing that you've done your homework. 📌 Explain your value proposition Be clear about what the recipient will receive. What solution do you provide? How will your offer benefit them? This is the most important phase, so use persuasive language and focus on the benefits, not just the features. 📌 Add social proof It can be anything, like: Written testimonials A short video Case studies Or anything else. This will help you build trust and credibility with your prospect. 📌 Add a call to action Last but not least, don’t forget to mention what you want your recipient to do next. It can be: Scheduling a call Filling out a form Visiting your website, etc. Make it clear and easy for them. ✅ Bonus points: ▪️ Avoid lengthy paragraphs ▪️ Format your email well (it should look professional) ▪️ Always proofread your cold email before sending it ▪️ Make sure to follow up if you don’t get a response These steps will help you not only attract the attention of your readers but also lead to bigger and more exciting opportunities for your business. Do this if you want to write cold emails without coming across as desperate or pushy 👇👇 Here's a common scenario and question I get a lot: “We have a narrow list of high-value customers and don’t want to spam them with annoying outreach emails… what should we do?” What I would do: 1️⃣ Build a small list of your 300 next potential clients. Identify 3-4 decision makers at each company. You now have a list of approx. 1,000 people. 2️⃣ Email your list and ask for help / advice. Offer insights in exchange. This can be for a report, product R&D / Early access to a product etc. No bait-and-switch. No selling. This is about them, not you. 3️⃣ You should be able to schedule around 20-30 people. Record the interview. Aim for 15-30min conversations. That's 10 hours of work. Not crazy. 4️⃣ Take the time to structure the interview. Getting the questions right is very important. Set aside a day to nail the structure. This is art and science. Ask questions about their problems, fears, frustrations, motivations, goals. Examples: 1. "What’s your number one challenge in |insert industry]?” . 2. "What have you tried before..." 3. "If you could wave a magic wand and instantly improve one aspect of your [insert category], what would it be? Ask what they have tried before, and so on. 5️⃣ Record each interview. Use Zoom to do this. Upload the transcripts or audio files to Google Gemini 1.5. The latest model can hold 1 million tokens or ~9h of audio. 6️⃣ You now have a synthetic version of your ideal customer. Use this to extract aggregated insights. Top 10 problems, common challenges, biggest pain points, long-term goals, trends and so on. 7️⃣ Turn the insights into a content roadmap. Start with an industry insights report or trend report. Something that is valuable for your audience. Share the full report exclusively with panel participants. Ask if you can include their name and company or make it anonymous. 8️⃣ Now go back to the original list of your 1,000 dream prospects. Lead with goodwill and value. Start with the biggest problem/frustration/fear and go from there. I can guarantee that you’ll set yourself apart from everybody else. 💡 There are other benefits too: More empathy. Less guesswork. Credibility. Authority. And you'll be a better listener. — 👍 if you want more b2b tactics 💬 tag with a team member ♻️ share with your network

Lead Generation VA || Cold Calling || Email Marketing || Admin Support: Helping B2B businesses acquire verified leads, boost sales, and achieve business by converting prospects into customers.
The Power of a Smile 😊 As I walked into the interview room, I felt confident. My resume was great, and I knew my stuff. But as we talked, I noticed the interviewer's smile fade away. Afterward, they said I was qualified but not friendly enough. They wanted to see me smile. Leaving, I was confused. How could a smile matter so much? Then I realized, like in interviews, being friendly matters in lead generation too. In lead generation, first impressions counts. A smile can make people feel comfortable and interested. Just like my serious face turned off the interviewer, being unfriendly can turn off potential clients. Thinking back, I saw that being real is key in both interviews and lead generation. Being professional is good, but being friendly matters too. Whether it's a smile or a nice chat, connecting with people matters a lot. So, remember, being real and friendly can make a big difference, whether in interviews or lead generation. That's why I'm championing a smiley community where we keep on smiling. What are your key factors for making a positive impression in interviews? Ps: I help B2B businesses with lead generation, sales growth, and streamlined administrative support. Send me a DM and let’s chat Keep smilling 😊 #leadgeneration #founders #smile #b2bleadgeneration #adminsupport #virtualassistant

With zero experience and no network, I relied on a specific cold email strategy that not only landed me several interviews, but also multiple job offers. Grab it here: https://lnkd.in/gmzMCCqD 🔍 Why Cold Emails, Especially in Today's Job Market? 👥 As a hiring manager myself and a connector of top talent to companies, I've noticed a crucial trend: by the time a job is posted, the hiring team often already has several potential final candidates in mind. It's a common misconception that job postings are the starting point of the hiring process. In reality, networking plays a pivotal role much earlier. 🔑 The Hidden Truth: Success in landing a job often goes to those actively networking months before a role is even announced. This isn't because there aren't qualified applicants on the job post; it's simply due to the hiring teams' limited capacity to review all applicants. Often, they resort to their network, selecting candidates they've known and interacted with over time to speed up the process. ✨ But you, too, can master this game. By leveraging the power of cold emailing and direct messaging, you can build a robust network ahead of time. This positions you as an early, standout candidate, so you're the one to receive that job offer in the end. Don't wait for opportunities to find you - create them!
