The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has released its long-awaited changes to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) Final Rule. These revisions intend to make the application process for receiving federal funds easier for eligible recipients as well as clarify language in certain parts of the Uniform Grants Guidance. OMB requires federal agencies to implement the updates by October 1, 2024.
