Accounting Today, in partnership with Best Companies Group, identifies the top 100 accounting firms in the U.S. as the best workplaces. From this elite group, the 10 best firms for young accountants are selected. Ranked #5 and #6 respectively, Herbein + Company, Inc. and Hannis T. Bourgeois, LLP were selected based on the following criteria: ⚡A minimum of 15 employees under age 30, regardless of firm size, while those with more than 150 employees must have a minimum of 10% of employees under 30. ⚡The response rate for those aged 30 and under greater than or equal to 40% (80% for employers with fewer than 25). ⚡An 80% average positive response for employees under age 30.
