AN OMINOUS WARNING... IGNORED BY CANADIANS.“If Trudeau is elected Prime Minister, he will run massive deficits and spend it all on extreme left wing ideology.”~ Stephen Harper, 2015Harper is definetly one man who can tell the country with certainty, 'I told you so!'

Lots of politics on this channel. Conservatives have skeletons as well I have many transponders daily on the 407, how many properties and mortgages could I have carried if I didn't have these huge bills every month In general, the Liberals build with credit cards, the conservatives sell at fire sale prices. Don't hold much hope on any good solutions any time soon from either party.

Didn't Canada go from 2.5 million protected lakes and rivers, down to just 159 under Harper - NO THANKS The guy used to leave parliament by the back door because he couldn't handle the scrutiny going out the front.

Who would’ve thought, the economy functioned much better when Canada was governed by an actual economist, and not a drama teacher? 🤔 We need to stop electing celebrities. I’m reminded of Benjamin Graham’s quote about the markets, which I think applies to the results of the last 8 years: “In the short run, the market is a voting machine but in the long run, it is a weighing machine.”

At least he won’t promise to not tax income trusts and then flip almost immediately upon election. For the life of me I cannot understand that Calgarians recall the NEP no problem but forget the incredible damage the income trusts flip flop did to growth O & G companies. And ya I know full well why the flip flop was done. Thanks. But Harper and Flaherty lied in the election run up. I won’t forget that. And please know this fact isn’t some endorsement of the current government. Trudeau is done and I don’t have a really good option for my vote. I’m the PCer left on the beach by the Reform takeover.

After the first Trudeau tried to divide and ruin our country I can not understand how anyone with an ounce of common sense would even consider voting for his corrupt offspring. This just proves that the rot runs deep in this family and the sooner we get rid of him and all his corrupt cronies the better off this country will be. I cannot understand how even his own party members can’t see how he is destroying Canada and why don’t they punt this irresponsible lying so called “leader” before we are at a point where it will be next to impossible to recover.

Harper may not have been perfect but there is no denying that Canada was in far better shape when he left office than it is today.

Any one remember the conditions that lead to his ousting? I believe it was massive deficits to overcome world affairs, and a quickly tanking Canadian economy. Same coin, different face. At least there’s a socially progressive environment today that I can get behind, and that’s being threatened by Harper’s heir apparent. Makes my choice easier, as neither Left nor Right can field a fiscally responsible Party. 🤷

Sentiments aside, history will be kind to Harper, Trudeau 2 not so much!

I’d Vote for anything instead of Harper: a goat, a chair, a squirrel… but not Harper

Harper warned everyone, and his words were 100% correct.
