Two years at Amcor. Here is my short recap. As I celebrate my second anniversary at Amcor, I reflect on the wealth of experiences and insights gained during this time. Serving as an Account Manager for Healthcare Packaging in Europe, I've immersed myself in the realm of sustainable solutions, contributing significantly to the development of eco-friendly and high performing packaging solutions. Here are some key lessons I've learned: - Trust and innovation as driving factors At Amcor, we thrive on innovation, constantly pushing boundaries to develop cutting-edge solutions that address today's environmental challenges. I've also been entrusted with overseeing a substantial territory right from the start, which underscores the confidence Amcor has in its team members to take on significant responsibilities. - A strong and supportive management guides you: Amcor's leadership provides invaluable support and guidance, empowering employees to excel in their roles and navigate challenges with confidence. - The company is ready to invest in you: At Amcor, there's a genuine commitment to employee development. Over the last 24 month I joined 4 different training programs with focus on finance, psychology, environmental impact of material groups and more. - A supportive team fuels our journey: Working alongside a talented and passionate team at Amcor has been instrumental in my personal growth. We collaborate, share insights, and inspire each other to reach new heights. I'm deeply grateful for the past two years at Amcor and eagerly anticipate the continued journey with this dynamic company that values both progress and its people.
