So proud that Warner Bros Theatre Ventures was nominated for a total of 18 Tony Awards this morning — including a nomination for Best Musical for The Outsiders! Congratulations to Matthew Rego, Michael Rego, Hank Unger, Cristina Vivenzio, Kevin McCollum, Kurt Deutsch as well as the creatives, casts and all else involved in these three amazing 2023/2024 productions!

Inertia Creeps has given me the opportunity to challenge myself to understand the challenges facing leaders and organisations in a 'future world of work' (well lets face it it is a NOW world of work). I am increasingly of the opinion that the challenges in work reflect our challenges in society. How do we build connection in a divisive political world. Producers spent $22.5 million to get MJ The Musical on its feet. They recouped 15 months after opening. Their most profitable week so far on record was more than two years after performances began. Producers know it’s worth spending what it takes to create a hit. Actors and stage managers are worth it.
