I admit this is a simple #chart, but I was looking for something to illustrate the continued demand for #retail, in a time when there's very little new #development. This shows year-over-year and year-over-four improvement in the #availability rate of our tracked retail set, the former being 140 bps lower than pre-pandemic times. We're getting more and more calls and emails asking about retail real estate. It's quite clear why that is. #cbre #cbreresearch #investmentproperty #market #realestate
