A group of ten employees from the #bilsteingroup had the great opportunity to take part in a tailor-made "Sales & Communication Training" led by Markus Bรผcker from the bรผcker academy. Over a period of six months, a training day was held each month, followed by a refresher day. This special structure made it possible to continuously apply what had been learnt in day-to-day business and to anchor it in the long term. On each training day, different topics were covered, worked on in working groups, practised and the most important "take-aways" written down. The dialogue between colleagues from different departments encouraged new perspectives and strengthened our internal network. #futureofmobility #automotive

Would you agree? ๐ค ๐ข On October 27th, in Vilnius, a training session titled 'Emotionally Strong Salesperson: How to Leverage Emotional Information for Better Results' took place, led by Donata Masiulionฤ, who has been analyzing organizational processes and their effectiveness assumptions for 20 years. The training also had the participation of Violeta Riazanova, the manager of Autovesta expeditions. During the training, various topics were discussed, including the application of emotional competence in sales, how to hear what customers don't say, how to respond to failures, and how to build self-confidence. ๐ โEvery time we ask ourselves after returning from training if it was useful and what thoughts linger. Get behind the scenes and meet Sofia Clausen, our Sales Manager from the Swedish office. For how long time have you been working at Expedit: I started in mid June this year so it's approximately 4 months now. Education: I have been so lucky that all the companies, I have been working for, have had internal educations with professional external parties. I got education for different leadership programs, strategic development education and even CAD Archicad. To mention one specific, I would say the LMI โ Leadership Management International, which is an individual one year education, which taught me so much about myself, the driving forces I have and need and what motivates me in daily work. I believe, the best education one can get is one where you challenge yourself, in collaboration with colleagues and the experiences you get every day. Special skills/responsibilities: Since I have been working within retail my whole career, both on customer side and supplier side, I have good knowledge and experience of what's important in the relationship between customer and supplier. I'm responsible for the sales in Sweden, which include to develop how we work with existing customer, strategy for new business and develop way of working in general. Tell something about your typical work day: My work days includes a lot of meetings, both internal, where we develop our work with customer and of course meetings with customers. It's very exciting to meet and discuss with customers, since they push us to push ourselves to think in new ways. The best meeting is when the customer gets satisfied with our delivery, our new thinking of solving their problems, deliver great concept development โ and an extra bonus when we're doing this with good margin! Hobbies/interests: I love to run, training with weights and play golf. Besides that I also very much appreciate my family, good food and wine :) What is the best part of working in Expedit: Getting to know a lot of new colleagues with excellent knowledge in different areas, working cross boarders and that we also share the goal to serve and develop our customerโs businesses. #behindthescenes #coworker #portrait #expedit
