Ask anyone to define B2B selling, and you won’t have a problem getting a quick answer. One of my favorites is - "It's getting people to buy my stuff". However, for sellers, these kinds of responses aren’t very helpful. The disconnect is not in the “what we want to have happen” but in the “what specifically should we be doing.” And it’s the “doing” part that’s critical to understand if you want to be great at it.
