Started retirement with a bang. CBS Sunday Morning story featuring our Aging Surgeon Program was rebroadcast Sunday, then I retired at midnight, then did not set alarm for 4 am, then had waffles and maple syrup for breakfast, then started work on the sequel to my medical thriller, Thorax. Miss caring for patients already, though not the ever-present subconscious concern for one not doing well. We will see...
