Phenomenal thought process: Auditing your energy to get into your zone of genius and partnering with others to do the rest, which hopefully is in their zone of genius. This post is definitely worth a read, can make the workforce happier and more productive.

Ikigai defines it as “FLOW” Matt calls it “Zone of genius” Work….. Infact kind of work, where you don’t realise how time flies as you love ❤️ doing that and you are genius at producing results at it, is what defines your ‘zone of genius’…… But how much % of your current leadership roles and responsibilities fall under the above category ???
