Team Catalyst ! So the England Football team didn't quite make it . They didn't quite achieve what they wanted to achieve, Does that mean they give up and quit ? Give up football, stop trying? NO...of course not What it actually means is that they are going to try even harder next time. what they are going to do is to take some time to reflect on what they could have done differently, learn from any mistakes that may have been made, and think about what changes they might need to make to be even more successful next time. Will they carry on training and putting strategies and plans into place ? Absolutely, they will look at their achievements' so far, congratulate themselves and each other on how far they have come, work together as a team, to ensure they stay focused and stay on track. #Catalyst Interiors , is no different, we are a team too! and just like any other team, we are there for each other every step of the way, celebrating achievement's, learning from mistakes and making plans for the future, so that we can all excel and achieve our goals 😚

Football holds a special place in my heart as I have played since I was 11 and supported Bristol rovers since I was born. 🔵⚪️ Football has taught me so much that has helped me grow into where I am today! 🌳 Teamwork: Football has no one person who carries the team week in week out. It’s always a team effort and everyone will put in a shift to ensure the team succeeds. ⚽️ Resilience: Being part of/ following a football team shows you how hard it is to see failure week in week out (especially as a rovers fan). But the individuals and manager will always reflect on what to do differently and never give up! ⚖️ Celebrating: I always celebrate even the small wins! Working in recruitment their can be a lot of ups and downs from working with new and amazing clients to loosing a candidate to counter offers.
