Today I gave birth to my first Inversion Immersion Yoga class at Veritas Yoga in Malibu on Sunday, July 21 at 2 p.m. which is being offered for free to show the healing power of Yoga and God. :0 Thanks for the inspiration and for getting me to put this in writing and commit to it. I began my yoga journey and experienced the power of Hot Yoga to heal after I suffered a miscarriage. The sweat and tears helped my body heal. I can attest first-hand to the power of God, Angels, and Yoga to literally save lives, having experienced a near-death fall in 2021. In my heart, I believe God, Angels and my Yoga Inversion practice protected me, my neck and back and allowed me to not only survive, but thrive. Everyone who knows you and reads your paper knows that service is the rent we pay for our precious time here on planet earth as many leaders from Shirley Chisolm, to Dr. Reverance Martin Luther King and Mother Teresa have taught us and it is in this spirit that I am birthing my first inversion class for all on 7/21/24.
