Thank you for addressing this issue. Unfortunately, men have to stuff their feelings in America because it has become much more toxic since 2016. Despite decades of psycho-education, the stigma about discussing serious and persistent mental health diagnoses is worse than ever. Given the current political milieu in America, narcissism has been glorified so many men are afraid to express how they are feeling or thinking.
