Lots of great advice from one of my brilliant colleagues for how to protect spokespeople who want to share their lived experiences, tell their deeply personal and sometimes painful stories, in hopes of helping others with similar experiences. As communicators, we know how powerful storytelling can be in breaking down stigma and other barriers that get in the way of change. Yet, we need to do what we can to ensure storytellers are protected and supported. Take a moment and give this a read.

Great share, thanks, Maria. You know I'm dipping my toes into this storytelling myself. It's hard
