Never before have we had such a diverse array of cultures and generations living and working together, nor have we been more aware of the differences in ‘being’ and ‘thinking’. But how to ensure we build bridges between those differences instead of fueling further polarization? #Leadership to the rescue! Together with two colleague-partners at Business Markers, Stefan Lameire and Lucia Soetens we wrote a Handbook for Leaders in a Polarizing World. “Leadership Unraveled” starts from the belief we can all grow our leadership potential. Based on the work we did with hundreds of organizations, we have developed a leadership model with #21capabilities. These have been brought to life in our book through a mix of theory and real-life examples, models, practical tips and interviews with inspirational leaders.
