And granted, the issue might not be the waterproofness here. But it might still raise wrong assumptions. Of course, such a tweet doesn't necessarily has to mean much in terms of legal topics, especially when the product is not yet sold on the market (and even if, you would simply offer a refund).

Had to delete the comment and posted another one with the correct. 📽 Attached video comes from New Zealand and shows an off-duty police officer taken a full basket of stolen meat from someone just leaving the store. 🚔 From the Facebook page of the police that I will link in the comments. 🙄 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 🖨 Attached image show's a situation a lot of products unfortunately present to users today: You deny to perform integral services to the product because some (apparently at least) superficial reason. 🐧 I used a lot of HP printers in the past. Why? Because they usually had somewhat decent Linux support. And it certainly helps to have such support when you're running a Linux-based homeserver environment. 🤦♂️ When you design products for customers, I usually try to tell that companies should think about how they're generating value for the customer. Not increasing margin by introducing new measures that tend to nanny you more than they help... Credit: System32Comics

Could not verify the exact location unfortunately. 😨 If someone asks me personal, the bride doesn't really seem to be relaxed here. Also, we cannot make out harnesses (doesn't mean there are some). 🤔 Tying off the table at one rope is also likely not going to lead to the most stable feeling ever. 🤔 𝗜 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻, 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲... ⚖ but very likely not according to regulations in the way it's depicted in the video. 📽 Attached video shows the "control panel" of a cargo lift in a church in the US as far as I could verify. 🕰 The age of the equipment is unknown, but I think it's safe to say, it was build before industrial controls as we know today were used in broad. 🔎 If you would have to decommission something like that would (as often) depend on your individual regulations. But it's uncommon to see an outright operation ban without specific reasons behind it (most notably an accident of course). 💰 In most cases, you can turn even ancient looking equipment into a state where it can still be used in a safe way. It might just not be economically viable at some point. ❓ PS: I would be interested to know if cargo lifts are falling under LOLER (I don't think so and cargo lifts are - under circumstances - exempted from 2014/33/EC?).
