Partner & Regional Director of the Americas at Dalberg Advisors

My journey at Dalberg began when I applied for a Summer Consultant position with a mix of excitement and skepticism. I was excited by the opportunity to tackle social impact challenges and learn from talented colleagues from around the world in an apprenticeship model. I was also skeptical that I would make it through the interview process, never having worked in consulting. Now, nearly 11 years later, I am honored and humbled to have been selected as the next Regional Director of the Americas. My time at Dalberg has been enriching, sobering, uplifting, challenging, and incredibly fulfilling – sometimes all in the same week. Above all, it has been a source of tremendous personal and professional growth where I have had the opportunity to be both an advisor and an entrepreneur; tackle pressing challenges like financial inclusion, health equity, racial justice, and upward mobility from poverty; and learn from a wide range of social impact leaders, both within and outside of the firm. I hope to offer these same opportunities for learning and growth to our 100+ staff across Bogota, Mexico City, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, DC and find ways to continue to serve our clients as they respond to a shifting political, economic, and cultural landscape. For now, I’m ready to deliver on our shared ambitions along with the incredible Americas management team, our Global Partner group, and my phenomenal fellow Regional Directors as we strive to build a better firm and a better world. Onward!
