In celebration of National Volunteer month, Marc Jacobs collaborated with The Ali Forney Center (AFC). The AFC works to protect Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer youth from the harms of homelessness and empower them with the tools needed to be independent by providing meals, medical & mental health care, HIV counseling & testing, emergency & transitional housing, work readiness programMing, and more. Our employees partnered with the team at the AFC drop-in center to set up a pop-up boutique with the inventory of product donations they’ve received at the center. Our employees then helped each youth find the products they needed through a personalized shopping experience, providing them with not just essential items but also a Marc Jacobs gift for each client that attended! Thank you to our teams who joined us last month for a few different activities to celebrate Pride! The highlight was last week with our Pride Panel: Out and Open that we hosted in our corporate offices.
