We are delighted to announce the re-opening of our White City, London Office after it underwent a refurbishment for nine weeks. A ‘welcome back to office’ event that includes quizzes and a delectable pizza spread was organised to warmly welcome employees back into the office. We are happy to have three SMU graduates who was part of the Mapletree Real Estate Programme (MREP) start their professional journeys at Mapletree. They were part of a programme designed to build future real estate industry leaders, enabling participants to embark on a journey of learning and industry experience. One of the graduates shared, "The programme provided hands-on knowledge and exposure to real-life applications, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills." Our Private Capital Management colleagues in Singapore recently immersed themselves in an interactive Virtual Reality world. The team engaged each other in friendly combat via thrilling games of VR Laser Tag, and even participated in a Jungle-themed VR escape room, where the team collaborated to overcome challenges, uncover hidden treasures, and make a great escape! #Mapletree #LifeAtMapletree #EmployeeEngagement

We are proud to announce that our Capitol Students and Student Castle platforms have been awarded the Global Student Living Platinum-Certification for the second year running. This accreditation was based on students’ feedback so thank you to our residents! Building on our Global Student Living Best Value Student Housing Award 2023, we are pleased to see our continued focus on our processes and the student residential experience well received by our residents. In the sixth edition of the Mapletree Youth Futsal Camp, 99 participants had three days of fun while learning from experienced coaches. Despite the wetter weather on day 2 of the camp, the kids had a blast acquiring new techniques that include dribbling, shooting, passing and ball control. The young talents were able to put these skills to the test through friendly matches at the end of each session. This annual camp is part of Mapletree's corporate social responsibility efforts, and we are grateful for the enthusiastic response and participation! #Mapletree #CSR

To support the local environment, colleagues from our Atlanta office recently volunteered in Piedmont Park for the second year. The volunteers came together to plant, prune, weed, and chop down overgrowth. They also removed shrubs and spread pine needles for landscaping, contributing to a clean and verdant greenspace! #Mapletree #LifeAtMapletree #EmployeeEngagement #CSR
