🏗️ Just wrapped up a major #milestone at the Manassas Park Station Parking Expansion garage! 🎉 Despite the initial 12-week timeline, the team managed to finish the precast erection in just 8 weeks and 1 day. That's 472 pieces in total, averaging 11.8 pieces a day. This new three-level garage will provide 736 parking spaces, including 116 reserved for the city. We are so inspired by OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center Director Robert Mannel, M.D. who shared, “Our vision statement at Stephenson Cancer Center is, we are going to eliminate cancer in Oklahoma and beyond.” This is what we are building for! In June, we topped out the new 50,000-square-foot OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center with our partners OU Health, the University of Oklahoma, and Norman Regional Health System. 🚜🏗️ Breaking Ground on The ARC at McCowan Park! 🌟🏊♂️🏀 We are thrilled to announce that, in partnership with Post L Group, Manhattan Construction Company is starting construction on The ARC at McCowan Park in DeSoto, TX! This 75,000 SF, two-story Recreation and Aquatics Center will be a game-changer, providing amazing recreational and competitive sports opportunities for our community. Located in the heart of Curtistene S. McCowan Park, this project is part of a larger master plan featuring sports fields, an amphitheater, a sculpture garden, water features, and scenic trails. Designed by the talented teams at SmithGroup and KAI Enterprises, and brought to life with the help of Integrated Project Solutions, LLC , this project will be a jewel in DeSoto’s crown, celebrating the vibrant history and diversity of the city. We’re incredibly grateful to the City of DeSoto for allowing us to be part of this monumental project. As Mayor Rachel L. Proctor says, “It will bring together all generations of our community into one thriving location and will show all who join us just how unique, unified, and dynamic our city is." Here are some exciting highlights of The ARC: 1. 8-lane competitive pool 2. Leisure pool 3. Gyms 4. Indoor track 5. Fitness and strength training area 6. Meeting rooms 7.
