Making a Positive Difference for Patients, Actively Advancing Health Equity, and Creating an Inclusive Culture at BMS | Focused on Patient Access, Market Access, Value, and Reimbursement | Board Member

As the year draws to a close and the holiday season begins in earnest, this inspiration wall in our Princeton Pike office prompted me to reflect on the many things I am thankful for and why I am passionate about my work.   First and foremost, I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a talented and dedicated group of individuals on BMS’s Global Market Access, Pricing, and Value Demonstration team. Their bondless passion, profound expertise, and unwavering commitment to improving patient access to important therapies around the world inspire me every day. It's truly an honor to be part of a team that shares such an immeasurable sense of purpose and dedication.   Beyond my professional life, I am deeply appreciative of my loving partner, family, and friends. Their unwavering support and encouragement are a constant source of strength throughout my life. They are my rocks, my cheerleaders, and my confidants. I cherish their presence in my life more than words can express and look forward to sharing time with them this week.   This season of gratitude also reminds me of the impact that access to high-quality healthcare can have on people's lives, including my own. I am grateful for my personal health and the ability that it allows me to contribute to a field that has the power to alleviate suffering, improve lives, and ultimately, make a meaningful difference in the world.   As we gather with loved ones and celebrate the thankful spirit of the season, let us also take a moment to reflect on the many blessings in our lives. May we continue to spread kindness, compassion, and gratitude while always remembering who we are working for. #bmsemployee #patientaccess #whoareyouworkingfor
