Rain... do you love it or hate it? Do you see the rain outside and go "urgh" and feel miserable? Or do you put on your waterproofs and carry on regardless? Maybe you see it and think "great, a reason to stay cosy inside!" Or do you think "thank goodness, my garden really needs this rain." Or maybe you think "yay rain" and go out in it when you hadn't planned to be outside but just because you love it (and splashing in puddles) like a toddler? There are so many different perspectives. And yet the rain is still the rain. We can apply this to any experience or conversation in our life... The situation remains the same. But there are so many different perspectives we could choose from. And the one we choose impacts how we feel and therefore how we experience that situation. So if you are feeling down/frustrated/upset/etc about a situation and you're struggling to let it go, try this... Look at the situation through a different lens. See what other perspectives there might be. And choose the one that helps you to feel better. Does this resonate? Leave me a comment if it does 😃

It’s 4th July and I have a suspicion that many of you have thought about firing your drink of choice. Leaving that lifestyle isn’t easy but there are so many reasons society has set you up for failure. Many will ponder why we drink in the first place? Why is our culture so focused on the drink I have or don’t have? Do you drink when things are hard? Do drink when things are good? I challenge you to try it. Try walking away from something that many do blindly. Go against the curve. Try something different because you’re life depends on it. Litterially years back in your life. Do you want to wake up and feel great? Do you want to remember everything you do and say? Do you want to be all in with the life given to you? It’s time to take your health and body back for the sake of your friends, family and future self. Now is your time. Go live!

WHY a daily morning routine?… ☀️💪🏻 1.- A daily morning routine brings structure to your life. 2.- Structure builds self-discipline and purpose. 3.- Purpose and self-discipline make you focus on the things that are important for you. You dont waste time. You get rid of distractions. You run out of excuses. 4.- When you don’t have excuses, you do more. You witness progress…your own. 5.- And when you see your own progress, you are a little (or a lot) prouder of yourself. 6.- And when you are proud of yourself, you love yourself more, you respect yourself more, you believe in yourself more. Who doesn’t like that, right? 👉What’s else does your morning routine brings to your life?
