Creating a different model for executive peer groups was important to me when I founded Quade almost two years ago. I love sharing what makes us different and why I believe those things are important:

* No Minimum Revenue Requirement - Revenue requirements do not define a CEO. The issues that CEOs face are the same whether you do $500,000 in revenue or $500,000,000 in revenue. Revenue size is not indicative of your drive, your passion, your skill or your vision so why should revenue size define whether you're a good fit for an executive peer group? It should not.
