For funded start-ups to mid-sized company executives, I quickly turn stalled or declining revenue into steady, profitable growth.
The vision of what could be. When I’m developing a client’s growth strategy, among the potential I’m looking for are new revenue sources. Those new revenue sources have to be profitable, of course. They also have to align with the company’s objectives and be achievable. Here’s an example: I was working with a SaaS client whose primary revenue stream came from selling licenses. Included in my strategy were recommendations that increased renewal and made revenue more predictable. And I conceived a second revenue stream based on the client’s data. The new revenue stream also established a unique and compelling competitive advantage. I intended that second revenue stream to have another important effect: it created an exclusive asset that would increase the company’s valuation for their intended sale. Realizing that outsized impact was easily achieved with the client’s existing resources and didn’t require significant investment. While I’m looking for opportunities to grow revenue from my clients’ current efforts, I’m also looking beyond what is, to what could be so my clients achieve greater, more predictable, more profitable growth. Now I’d like to hear from you: do you have multiple objectives? — If your company is experiencing stalled or declining revenue, if you have a bold growth objective—or both—let’s talk. I develop company-specific, data-driven growth strategies to achieve executives’ objectives. My clients gain actionable strategies that drive growth quickly and as they advance to their larger objectives. To discuss your growth objectives, DM me. We’ll schedule a no-pressure chat to see if I can help. #strategy #CEOs #boardsofdirectors #revenuemanagement #growthstrategy #revenuestrategy #revenue #growth
