It's time to talk about MAHLE New Ventures again😊. MAHLE New Ventures was founded in 2022 to bundle all startup activities and founding teams at MAHLE under one roof. This takes into account the importance of internal corporate start-ups and venture capital investments in external startups. The MAHLE Business Innovation #Team is the host of #MAHLENewVentures and supports a portfolio of startup initiatives. They have, for example, created the necessary structural framework to enable our corporate startups to be more agile and independent of the usual decision-making processes in new business areas. As Bamboo Ventures BV we participate in Dutch startups with a focus on Smart Industry/Industry 4.0. I'm sharing my journey of building Poroi . Hey Everyone, Today, I want to share a valuable lesson from our journey in developing an AI-Decentralized automated investing platform. In the early days, we were eager to secure investment and focused primarily on attracting investors to fund our project. While enthusiasm and support are essential, looking back, I realize that we could have taken a different approach. Our initial strategy was to seek investors' backing before fully developing and launching Poroi. However, hindsight has taught us that there's another path to success – one that prioritizes building a robust platform, generating revenues, and establishing a strong foundation before engaging with investors. By concentrating on refining our technology, gaining traction, and delivering real value to users, we've recognized the power of demonstrating tangible results and attracting organic interest. As we progress, we're excited to chart a course that emphasizes building a self-sustaining model, where the project's potential is evident through real-world outcomes. It's essential to share our experiences and learn from them, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. We believe that by focusing on the core strength of our product, we'll not only attract investors genuinely aligned with our vision but also accelerate our growth and impact in the market.
