Identifies objectives and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • Collaborates with sales team for establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company. • Determines sales targets and deals with reputed customers at a legal platform for the betterment of business by adding Goodwill to the company. • Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Sales Head/ CEO . • Manages and coordinates with sales support staff to develops sales. • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company and Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit. • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in company’s products. • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. • Collaborates with sales team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
