Week 1 back at Insider, Inc. after maternity leave. It's a mix of emotions. One I feel so strongly is how grateful I am to work Insider, Inc., and have an amazing team of people at the company and within the Axel Springer family of brands that made my babies, husband Brendan Milnamow and I feel so cheered on and genuinely cared for as we embarked on 3 under 2 😅. I’m especially thankful for my boss Barbara Peng and incredible partner Orlando Reece whose relentless support through these last few months empowered me to be able to be the mom I want to be to my babies. I feel privileged to work at a company that supports people growing their families, through a great parental leave policy, so many surrounding resources and supportive people. I know this doesnt exist everywhere and I don’t take it for granted. I can't wait to get back to it. I missed you all!! LET’S GO 👏🏻🚀.

Looking great! As a father of Insider twins (almost 3yo now) I can say it's a unique experience. A bit busy, sometimes, but it's really great to see how they grow up, always being together.
