It was such an awesome experience to participate in the Chicago Women in Architecture (CWA) Foundations’s Inaugural Ladders to Leadership Program - my takeaways are meaningful and my goals are tangible. Excited to continue the work.
Thank you to Grace Kuklinski Rappe, AIA LEED AP and the Foundation for their vision and support for this program, to Jacqueline Loewe for curating and facilitating our cohort, and to every speaker, panelist, mentor and sponsor - especially mine, Jan Behounek AIA, LEED AP - that shared, encouraged and engaged with our cohort. This work is so impactful.
Looking forward to seeing our cohort thrive, building on this strong network, and for future cohorts to participate in this program!
