The company's working practices prioritize continuous learning, allowing us to dedicate time to acquiring technical knowledge. Additionally, challenging projects help us expand our competence and grow professionally, with initiatives like Pagero Labs (our annual RnD workshop) and Pag-Talks (our monthly tech and non-tech sessions) further contributing to skill development. 🔹 How would you describe the sense of community at Pagero?  The sense of community at Pagero is deeply rooted in companionship, fostering a strong sense of belonging among individuals. Everyone here truly is treated like a valued member of the Pagero family, regardless of tenure. This inclusive atmosphere creates a supportive environment where every member feels valued and connected.    🔹What has been your proudest moment at Pagero?  My proudest moment at Pagero was when I had the honour of hosting a Uni-Relations workshop for the students at the University of Colombo School of Computing.
