🌟 1st Time CosmeticBusiness in München 🌟 ✨ Gestern hatte ich das Vergnügen, zum ersten Mal die CosmeticBusiness in München zu besuchen, und möchte einige wichtige Highlights mit euch teilen: 🎤 Fan-Girl-Moment & Blick hinter den Kulissen mit Alicia Lindner Alicia hielt einen hoch interessanten und leidenschaftlichen Vortrag, in dem sie uns durch die faszinierende Geschichte von BÖRLIND führte. Ihre Einblicke in die Produktentwicklung erinnerten mich an meine Jahre im internationalen Marketing bei L’Oréal, und beleuchteten die besonderen Herausforderungen, denen eine Naturkosmetikmarke begegnet. Noch mehr als ihr Vortrag hat mich aber der Austausch mit Alicia beeindruckt. SoPost ist stolz, BÖRLIND in ihrem digitalen Sampling zu unterstützen, und somit bin ich auch regelmäßig mit den Teams im Austausch. Ich war aber positiv überrascht, dass Alicia mich sofort einordnen konnte und über das Thema Bescheid wusste, was ein großes Engagement der Geschäftsführung im täglichen Geschehen des Unternehmen zeigt. Noch dazu kann ich bezeugen, dass Alicia Lindner wirklich eine warme, freundliche und engagierte Frau ist. Ich habe größten Respekt für Ihre Tätigkeit als führende Position in einem Familienunternehmen und gleichzeitig als Working Mum. Es begeistert mich zu sehen, wenn auch richtig authentische Persönlichkeiten hinter einer glänzende Social-Media-Präsenz stecken 🥰 📊 Trends 2024 von Euromonitor International : Ana Tique präsentierte spannende neue Verbrauchertrends, darunter Ask AI und Wellness Pragmatics, was in der Kosmetikindustrie ein großen Einfluss haben wird. Aber auch die "Value Hackers" sind seit der Wirtschaftskrise stark im Trend, was perfekt zum Konzept des digitalen Samplings passt, wo man eine Probe zur Erwägung des richtigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und zum Kauf besonders im Luxus Segment verhilft. 🙏 Vielen Dank an Bindiya Verma und Carmen Bender für die Einladung. 2 days of d3con are slowly coming to an end… I feel both saturated and inspired by all the lovely conversations, the insightful presentations and the new connections 🤝🏻 Of course, super happy to meet again with all the lovely colleagues, brand partners and fellow digital marketeers Ana Verónica Heine Stephanie Carstensen Jessica Wegner Daniel Knapp Courtland Dearing Brigitte Jansen 👯♀️ No doubt that cookieless future 🍪🚫 and retail media were still very much in the focus of this year’s conference. Gestern Abend durfte ich auf Einladung von Publicis Groupe und Digitas Pixelpark auf der MarTech Conference 2024 spannende Einblicke zur Stärkung der Marketing Experience und Personalisierung erhalten. Dies wurde anhand von spannenden Panels perfekt illustriert, wie zB der Austausch von Anna Pütz, Sascha Klein, Christian Weigel und Annika-Sophie Butt zum Thema Creativity mit KI. Auch die Einblicke von Marc Ruesing zum Thema hypersonalisierte und kosteneffiziente Kommunikation, gaben wertvolle Einblicke in die Herausforderung auf CRM und e-com Seite. Wie es Josephine Gerves einleitend beschrieben hat, ist der Druck auf die Marketing Teams trotz eingeschränkter Budgets immer größer. Laut Gartner berichten 75 % der CMOs, dass sie bereits im Jahr 2023 konkret aufgefordert wurden mit weniger Mitteln mehr zu erreichen. In diesem Kontext gilt : Marken- und Marketing-Verantwortliche, die ihrem Umfeld, bestenfalls in Echtzeit, beweisen können, welchen Impact ihre Maßnahmen haben und die ihre Daten und KPIs im Griff haben, beweisen täglich ihren Mehrwert.
