The Maddux creative team embarked on an inspiring away day at Porta Romana, a renowned design studio established in 1988. During their visit, the team engaged in hands-on activities like painting gold leaf pears, immersing themselves in the artisanal techniques guided by Porta Romana's skilled craftsmen. Porta Romana is renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship and distinctive design ethos, continually pushing boundaries with innovative techniques and premium materials. Each piece is meticulously shaped by expert craftspeople using the finest production methods, reflecting a commitment to perfection in every detail. Porta Romana's journey embodies a legacy of innovation and fine craftsmanship, starting from a modest UK workshop and evolving into a global design leader. Their creative spirit and ambitious vision resonate deeply with the Maddux team, inspiring our own aspirations in the world of design.
