Last week I had the pleasure of presenting to the team at Southern Cross Austereo for their 2024 Sales Conference.   The leadership team wanted to kick off the day empowering their people to fit their own masks before helping others.   In the session we explored: ·     What are the essentials physically and psychologically if we are to perform at our best. ·     How to create long lasting motivation when it comes to achieving our desired goals personally or professionally. ·     How to overcome setbacks and utilise stress to our advantage. ·     Why is it important to find joy in your work and life.   They started their day reiterating their values as an organisation. A key value was ‘Always Be Curious’ and the group asked great questions around: ·     What do I do if I don't know my purpose? ·     What is the most important aspect of wellbeing? ·     What is going to be the greatest challenge to our wellbeing in the future?   What have you been curious about when it comes to wellbeing?
