I am delighted to share that an article that I co-authored with John Braxton, Dawn Lyken-Segosebe, and Christine Harrington was recently published by the Journal of Higher Education Management. It's entitled "Clarity or Continuing Ambiguity Regarding the Tenure and Promotion Process in Community Colleges."
